Alpha Innovation LMS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Alpha Innovation LMS platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform. These terms apply to all users including students, guests, and administrators.

2. Access & Eligibility

Access to the Platform is granted solely at the discretion of Alpha Innovation. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform. Access is subject to admin approval and is non-transferable. Alpha Innovation reserves the right to revoke access at any time without notice for any violation of these terms.

3. No Refund Policy

All purchases, enrollments, and subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.

Course access fees once paid are final and non-refundable.
Partial use of a course or program does not qualify for a refund.
Technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund. Contact support for resolution.
If access is revoked due to violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued.
Alpha Innovation does not offer chargebacks, credits, or exchanges.

By completing any payment on this Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including videos, course materials, quizzes, graphics, and text is owned by Alpha Innovation or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission. Downloading, recording, or screen-capturing course videos is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Sharing your account credentials with any third party.
Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Attempting to circumvent security measures or access restrictions.
Recording, downloading, or distributing course videos or materials.
Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the Platform.
Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.

6. Account Termination

Alpha Innovation reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete your account at any time for breach of these Terms, misuse of content, or any behavior deemed harmful to the Platform or its community. Upon termination, your access to all content will immediately cease and no refunds will be provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Innovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

8. Modifications to Terms

Alpha Innovation may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
